So i have addressed the physical and mental hardships that you will encounter during your goal to weight loss. I know it all may have sounded vague. But these two posts were very introductory posts on the matter. Merely explaining the big picture of losing weight and a general idea of the problems you may encounter. Anyway moving on, I will tell something about the different aspects of getting into shape and my tips on how to improve your health. Not only physical, but also mental. Because as you know, these are factors that are interconnected and intertwined. When your physical health is bad, when you are sick lots of times or your arteries stuffed with fat or you constantly feel fatigued then your mental health will be bad as well, of course. Vice versa is the same story. If you aren't in the mood for anything, if your ways of thinking aren't positive, then your physical health will decrease...you will exercise less, take worse care of your health and you will end up in an endless vicious circle. There is also another factor, namely wealth. Because those that do not have money, cannot afford a good health insurance and will surely end up with a lesser physical health ending up in a worse mental health. Or you might find that you do not have enough money to do the things you expect in life. Your mental health decreases and so will your physical health because of that.So to recap what we have said : there are 3 factors in feeling good in your life. Physical health, mental health and wealth. As this is not an internet marketing blog, discussing ways to improve wealth goes way beyond the scope of this text. We merely want to know how we can improve our physical health, by improving our mental health and vice versa.

Ways to improve your physical health were discussed in the introductory post on physical health. Weight loss can be achieved by, a diet suppressant, training end healthy eating. Your first priority should be changing your eating. You could achieve this by eating high protein food, like poultry, fish or nuts(almonds have insane amounts of proteins). Mind over Matter

So I was saying that the physical aspect is only part of the story in becoming lean.
What would the mental side contribute to losing weight you ask?
Easy, to put it easy(although you should not take it too literally) it is a matter of thinking all the fat off rather than only working it off.

There have been many scientific research that indicate that the reason we think is to reach our subconsciousness. What you think, will eventually in due time be what you actually believe. If you believe you will not make it to that dead-line at work or if you think you will never be able to graduate then you will impede yourself in accomplishing your goals. There is no wonder method, only little helps like special training programs or unique hoodia. So if you walk around all day with thoughts like:"I hope I will get fit one day" or " I will try to lose weight" or "I will never get this fat off" in due time you will NOT lose weight. Also using words as "try" or "in the future" are words of fear. Because you do not believe yourself you use words that imply possible failure or huge delay, preparing yourself for failure. Also "in the future"or "someday" means you do not want to be confronted with your problem and want to think of it as a problem that you do not have to worry about yet.

Introduction

You might end up on this site and wonder why one would make a blog like this. You might wonder what this blog is even about. Don't worry. I'll explain everything clearly.
First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Hannah, 22 year old college student and (currently) live in the Netherlands. My hobbies include debating, politics and tennis. Although I've started doing tennis for a year, I enjoy it a lot and the reason why I do it is the reason I started this blog.



Anyway, this is not a dating site so I will stop talking too much about myself =)
I think I don't need to tell anyone of you that we people in the West have a disease.
A "wealth disease". Due to our wealth we have developed a lifestyle not suitable for our bodies.

Especially the way we eat is definitely not what Mother Nature intended for our bodies.
Our diets include high concentrations of Omega-6, high on carbs, low on proteins and lots and lots of saturated fat. Our body is developed to survive. And in that, it does a good job. It conserves every Joule of energy that we eat. These days in the western world, we do not need our bodies to be in survive-mode.
We have lots of food and our body does not have to be so careful with burning fuel.

Ellas, our bodies are still in this survive-mode meaning every ounce of fat goes straight to our belly to put it easily. People try lots of things to counteract this: Some ways include buy unique hoodia ( a diet suppressant) starving themselves, following a diet that does not work.

Needless to say starving yourself is a terrible way, diets are mostly also commercial crap. The only methods left is proper training combined with unique hoodia. It's actually funny.
