So i have addressed the physical and mental hardships that you will encounter during your goal to weight loss. I know it all may have sounded vague. But these two posts were very introductory posts on the matter. Merely explaining the big picture of losing weight and a general idea of the problems you may encounter. Anyway moving on, I will tell something about the different aspects of getting into shape and my tips on how to improve your health. Not only physical, but also mental. Because as you know, these are factors that are interconnected and intertwined. When your physical health is bad, when you are sick lots of times or your arteries stuffed with fat or you constantly feel fatigued then your mental health will be bad as well, of course. Vice versa is the same story. If you aren't in the mood for anything, if your ways of thinking aren't positive, then your physical health will decrease...you will exercise less, take worse care of your health and you will end up in an endless vicious circle. There is also another factor, namely wealth. Because those that do not have money, cannot afford a good health insurance and will surely end up with a lesser physical health ending up in a worse mental health. Or you might find that you do not have enough money to do the things you expect in life. Your mental health decreases and so will your physical health because of that.So to recap what we have said : there are 3 factors in feeling good in your life. Physical health, mental health and wealth. As this is not an internet marketing blog, discussing ways to improve wealth goes way beyond the scope of this text. We merely want to know how we can improve our physical health, by improving our mental health and vice versa.

Ways to improve your physical health were discussed in the introductory post on physical health. Weight loss can be achieved by, a diet suppressant, training end healthy eating. Your first priority should be changing your eating. You could achieve this by eating high protein food, like poultry, fish or nuts(almonds have insane amounts of proteins). Fish also has high concentrations of omega 3 fatty acids. Next training, you should try to incorporate interval training in between your "normal" cardio for variation. This will double your results.
